The president of Rio 2016 Committee and the Brazilian Olympic Committee (BOC), Carlos Arthur Nuzman, cheered the choice of Brazil as the host for the Soccer World Cup in 2014, announced this Tuesday, the 30th, in Zurich (Switzerland).
