EXTRAJUDICIAL NOTIFICATION

1st NOTIFICATION – IDENTIFICATION OF IRREGULARITY

ISO EXPERT INTERNACIONAL LTDA., a legal entity of limited liability with headquarters in the city of Porto Alegre – RS, at Rua Vicente da Fontoura, 2352, 5º floor, registered at CNPJ/MF under no. 10.318.969/0001-69, with support of the powers granted to it by the Ministry of Sports (Agreement ME no. 37/2010) is respectfully presenting herein an extrajudicial NOTIFICATION for you to immediately proceed with the takedown of products, names, designations, expressions, images, brands, symbols, and other distinctive signs used illegally and with no permission of use and commercialization, related to the brand “2016 Olympic Games – Rio de Janeiro”, by the reasons in fact and in law as follows.

Bottom Line: I cannot, on this site use the words “Rio” in conjunction with the word “games” and the word O******s.

So be it, even though this site is called BRAZIL2016…..not RIO2016….

Accompanied by Alex Gilady, member of the International Olympic Committee, Nuzman also presented the Games project to a group of executives in Tel Aviv, and met with the Israeli Minister of Industry, Trade and Employment, Binyamin Be-Eliezer, to discuss aspects of infrastructure and technology related to the Games. The President of the Rio 2016 Committee and the Brazilian Olympic Committee also met with the Minister of Culture and Sports, Limor Livnat, and with the president of the Israeli Olympic Committee, Zvj Varshaviak, to debate possible agreements and partnerships in the area of sports.

We reiterate our full confidence in the peace project in Rio de Janeiro, which has been held under the leadership and authority of Governor Sérgio Cabral, through a careful and responsible planning in order to benefit all the population in the short, medium and long term.

The support of the civil society and the population of Rio de Janeiro, at this moment, represents one more clear demonstration that the public security policies of the State Government is on its right way.

We also reaffirm our full confidence in the excellence of the Rio 2016 Olympic and Paralympic Games security project, designed in partnership with the federal, state and city governments and approved by the International Olympic Committee. Thus, we can assure that the Games in 2016, and also the testing events that will be held in 2015, will take place in an atmosphere of total security.
